Without an electrical safety switchboard, any activity inside the surgical area would be impossible. It houses the transformer and insulation monitor together with their protections and ground unit bar connection.

Switchboards for intensive care units are designed according to the number of units or bed positions to monitor. In these units, transformer power and number of secondary outputs is adapted to the needs of each project, although it is recommended to use minimum 4KVA to maintain selectivity

It is necessary in surgical areas or intensive care units. Multi repeater MRP249 function is to provide reliable monitoring system in an isolated area. It is connected to other isolation monitors and it is especially useful in areas like intensive care units where there are many monitors in the same area.
AstroIT isolation monitoring system is a medical isolation monitoring system conforming to IEC 60364¬7-710, IEC 61557-8, IEC 61010-1 and EN 61558-2-15 standards as per the tests carried out in internationally accredited laboratories. Simultaneously measures isolation resistance, total load current and isolation transformer temperature value, and shows them both on the module in the board and the local alarm monitoring system in the room. Gives audio and visual alarm at designated alarm values. Simultaneously shows all measurements of isolation monitoring device and alarm data on local alarm monitoring device. Isolation resistance measurement test with the test button.
